The Start Smart Move and Play program teaches children (ages 2-3) the basic fine and gross motor skills necessary to create a solid foundation for future skills and activities that are part of everyday life. The program focuses on teaching children and their parents fine and gross motor skills in a fun and stress-free environment. The Start Smart Move and Play program sessions are held once a week for eight weeks (or twice per week for four weeks), and each week the exercises become increasingly more difficult as the program progresses, and the children show improvement.
