| When will my order ship? |
| Typically, all orders will ship approximately 2-3 business days after receiving the order. If you are ordering for Start Smart, it is important to make sure you enter your program start date when completing your order. Your program start date will help us prioritize the orders when it comes to shipping in the event we have a large number of orders to handle. |

| Can I track my order? |
| Yes. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the location of your packages as well as the expected delivery day. Please note that this option only applies to orders that are shipped via UPS. |

| What is the cost of shipping? |
All orders shipped within the continental 48 states include ground shipping via UPS. However, if an express service needs to be used, there will be an option to select your desired shipping method which will include an additional charge. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and overseas will be sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders to these locations will be charged the USPS shipping rate. Please be sure to select the USPS option when ordering if you are located in one of these locations. |

| Return policy and refunds |
| If a product you received is damaged, please notify us immediately and ship the damaged product back to the National Alliance for Youth Sports. We will send out a replacement item as soon as we are notified. If you need to return a product and need a refund, please notify us and ship the item(s) back to the National Alliance for Youth Sports. A refund will be issued to your agency upon the receipt of the returned item(s). |

| What are my payment options? |
Upon completion of your order you will be asked to 1) submit your credit card information for payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) or 2) enter a Purchase Order number. If using a purchase order, you will need to fax a copy of the PO to 561-712-9887 or email a pdf of the PO to startsmart@nays.org. |
