Matt’s “ONE RIDE” journey will be about 1,750 miles from Wisconsin Rapids, Wis. to West Palm Beach, Fla. It is an opportunity to promote a worthy organization, the International Alliance for Youth Sports (IAYS), and its ONE WORLD. ONE TEAM. efforts where ALL funds raised during his approximately one-month journey will be earmarked toward supporting communities in need worldwide. This trip represents a truly great opportunity to help provide thousands of underprivileged youth throughout the world access to better sports equipment and education on quality youth sports practices.
ONE WORLD. ONE TEAM. aims to provide direct support to selected communities throughout each year that have reached out to the organization in order to jump-start youth sports programs in their respective communities and/or schools. IAYS works closely with these communities in order to provide their youth with positive youth sports experiences while empowering them to not only become better athletes but better leaders in life.
IAYS is a division of the National Alliance for Youth Sports, Inc.- America’s leading advocate for safe and positive youth sports experiences since 1981. The non-profit 501(c)(3) organization is based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Today, NAYS offers programs and services for everyone involved in youth sports experiences, including professional administrators, volunteer administrators, volunteer coaches, officials, parents and young athletes. The goal of NAYS is to make sports and activities safe and positive by providing programs and services that add value to youth sports.
